1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Heimdall camera and related software services ("Services") provided by KlarVision GmbH ("Company"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
The Company provides the following services: - Heimdall AI football camera hardware - KlarVision mobile application - YouTube live streaming integration - Cloud recording storage - AI auto-tracking functionality
3. User Obligations
Users must comply with the following: - Do not record or stream content that infringes on others' rights - Do not use the Services for any illegal purpose - Do not tamper with or modify the camera or software without authorization - Comply with YouTube Community Guidelines - Obtain consent from recorded individuals where required
4. Payment and Refunds
Camera purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery in case of product defects or dissatisfaction. Monthly subscription services are billed automatically and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services and related software belong to the Company. Video content created by users through the Services remains the property of the respective users.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Services. The Company will make its best efforts to ensure reliable service operation.
7. Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these Terms as necessary and will notify users at least 30 days prior to any changes. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you may discontinue use of the Services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Munich shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
